What Is an Ionizer Water Dispenser?
A conventional dispenser heats and cools water from a carboy — it does nothing to the water itself. An ionizer dispenser takes mains water directly, filters it, ionises it and sets the temperature. There is no carboy; the water is produced at the moment it is poured.
For an office that means three concrete differences: the delivery logistics disappear, water no longer sits in plastic for weeks, and the pH and ORP of what people drink become measurable figures.
Compared With Carboy Dispensers
An office of twenty gets through roughly 40 to 50 litres a day — around 60 to 75 carboys a month.

Where It Fits
Offices and meeting areas
Carrying and storing carboys stops being someone job. The hot setting also reduces the need for a separate appliance for tea and coffee.
Clinics, practices and waiting areas
Continuous fresh production through a closed line is a more controlled arrangement, hygienically, than an open carboy neck.
Retail, showrooms and reception
When the unit stands in a visible space its design matters — this dispenser was drawn with that in mind.
Leading institutions across Turkey choose Singer for their water — you can see our references.
Countertop Unit or Dispenser?
Both use the same filtration and ionisation technology. The choice comes down to how the water gets used:
- Dispenser — shared spaces, standing use, hot and chilled options, served by the glass
- Countertop unit — kitchen use, cooking, filling jugs. See the Gold and Black series
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the dispenser also run from a carboy?
No — the system connects directly to the mains line. Removing the carboy is the point: water is not stored, it is filtered and ionised as it is drawn.
How many people does it serve?
At around 295 litres a day it covers drinking and hot drinks for an office of 20 to 30. For heavier use a second unit is recommended.
Does installation require plumbing changes?
Usually not. A connection from the existing cold water line and a power socket are enough. An authorised technician surveys the site before installation.
How often are filters serviced?
Every six to twelve months on average; heavy office use can shorten that. Servicing is carried out by an authorised technician and the device carries a lifetime warranty.
Are corporate invoicing and multi-site installation available?
